To ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible, we partner with reputed courier services and deliver only to regions serviced by them. Orders are dispatched during standard working hours throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays to avoid shipping delays.
For Deliveries Within Hyderabad:
Deliveries will be made on the date and time slot selected by the customer at checkout. Please ensure that someone is available at the provided address to receive the order.
For Shipping to the USA:
Shipping will not be handled directly by Andhras Food. Instead, it will be carried out on behalf of a relative or friend residing in India. To facilitate this, we require:
A local Indian address
A valid identification card supporting the address
These details must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the order. Kindly refer to our cancellation policy for refund-related information.
Shipping Delays:
Please note that delivery timelines may be impacted due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, traffic, customs clearance (for US shipping), or unforeseen events. While we aim to complete deliveries promptly, we appreciate your understanding in case of any delays.
Andhras Food will not be held responsible for any delay caused by courier partners or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we highly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds (if applicable) can only be processed upon receipt of returned goods or valid proof of delivery.
